It seems like the only ones that really credit anymore are the commercial ones. I think I might have did one that did credit in the past two weeks that was not an ad one but that is about it.

Surveys have the tendency of doing that.  You do pretty well for a while, then nothing, or very little.  I understand how you feel.  As long as you can buy out the time, just try to stay consistent with your attempts.  Sooner or later you'll get the results you want.

I can relate to that. I rarely qualify for surveys. I just accept all the pennies. By the end of the month I may just need some pennies to make it to the goal I set for myself.
