Tasks timed out

I did 2 tasks which took me all of 15 seconds. both did not credit saying I timed out that I must watch the timer. there was no timer to watch and 15 sec is fast work. another way for fusion to keep the money we earn.

I've never done a task that didn't have a timer.  I'm sorry you have had problems with them.  I truly don't think FC intends to keep our money if something messes up.  Tasks are CrowdFlower, so if you have an issue with a task, I would submit a Help ticket with them.

All the tasks have timers at the top. If you're having issues you need to request help from crowdflower. They're pretty nice and usually respond fairly quickly. They usually even give you the credit if it's an issue on their end

Crowdflower has their own support system, and like tea4me and ladavia89 have said, all tasks have a timer. Though, I suppose, depending on certain circumstances (browser, add ons, window size, etc), the timer may not have been visible for you...

Click on the "Help" button within the Task and send a Support Ticket to Crowd Flower.  I, too, wound up getting the "Timed Out" error, but I sent in a Ticket and I know that Crowd Flower will credit me because they have plenty of times before.
