i'm not sure what was going on with mine. i've always been able to do my 30 in a day or so but this month its saying i dont have enough status and am only allowed to do 9 a day, ugh..there wereee  a lot of great topics going on that i wanted to join in on too!

They might have put your limit back on because you were doing 30 in a day

Same thing happens to me now, I don't know why!

Great, I generally have my 30 by this time each month, but got off to a slow start so playing catch up; like you I like to do my posts early in the month, so I can work on other thing on the FC site.
