I started walking in November, but have not added music to my walking. LOL

I am so happy to say I almost lost 50 pounds. Wish I could go another 50 down.  :thumbsup:

During winter I walked almost 8 miles a day. But now the days are getting hot and I try to walk at least 3 miles 3 times a week.
Good for you! Walking is a good exercise that almost anyone can follow and I love to walk.

I like to have music but if I don't, I've been known to entertain myself by singing.  Helps pass the time away.

i usually have to have music, it makes the time pass a lot faster and it seems like i get much more done

I definitely prefer to have music when I exercise. It just helps the time fly by faster. And the exercise feels less tedious somehow. It's amazing the difference music can make.

When I workout it's usually with a group and we always bring out the radio and play CD so there's always some kind of music in the background.

When at the gym - especially on the treadmill, I need my music.  After that when using weights not so much.

exercising,,,,,,,,,   something we all need to do.   i dance onfe night a week so we have lots of music.  another night i do Aqua Zumba ( in water),,,  and yes we have music with that.  It is my new favorite thing to do.  And of course I do regular zumba  and it has music,,,,,,   music is must i guess with just about everything  :)

Depends on type of exercise and where I am doing it, if I am at the gym then no, if home usually yes, and sommetimes when I am walking.

I use music when I exercise at the college gym.... I listen to heavy metal that pumps me up in the morning
