I ordered a 10-page shredder through this company, Stoneberry, where I have a buy now pay later account, on May 27th. Unfortunately, for me, I haven't received the shredder, although yesterday was the 31st, and their manifesto claims that FedEx delivered it yesterday at 4:34 pm. I have had a discussion with FedEx representatives regarding this issue, but the fact is, my hubby and grandson were in the front yard, and if they left it on the steps at the front door, I would be using it right now because both of them would have let me know that I had a package. They have left packages near my house at my hubby's relatives, but they either informed me or my hubby to pick them up. I am beyond pissed, because the last time I had an issue with FedEx delivery, it was 10 years ago when I lived with my sister and they dropped off some cookware and it disappeared; it took nearly 7 months for FedEx to resolve the issue, and by then, I had moved back to Chicago. My husband says I should not pay it. So far, I owe Stoneberry $27 on the cookware I ordered this time, which FedEx delivered successfully. I am going to call them and let them know these idiots lost the package in delivery transit so they can retrace this package. I certainly am not going to pay for a shredder that someone else is using and not me! Your take on this?
