HELP!!!!!!  I am still having trouble with my surveys.  I called my internet service and they said it is because FC has somehow blocked me from being able to access the surveys because of my internet access.  I tried accessing through another internet service and it works.  Is any one experiencing this problem?

Every so often, I have had glitches when trying to access surveys but for the most part, I am able to access my surveys without any difficulty.  I am having no problems now or recently.

I wonder who your internet is. You can not take surveys using a mobile.

You might want to open a support ticket and ask about this problem.

Are you getting any kind of messages when you try to access the surveys?  I've never had a problem at all.  I guess it depends on what ISP you're using.  Does your ISP use PROXIES so that it appears you're in another country?  Lastly, you could fill out a Ticket with Fusion Cash and tell them of your problems.  Maybe there's a solution.

Thanks for the response.  I have contacted FC support and they have done what they could do so I guess I will have to ride it out and hope it goes away soon.
