Referrals

How do you set-up the referrals to work for you? I used my blog ,but it didn't work .

You don't set them up...  it's just a matter of exposure and luck.
Have you tried flyers posted in your neighborhood? Business cards can help too.
In the end, it's just a matter of numbers... you may have to get 1000 people to even look at you link before you get 1 to sign up, and then maybe a hundred to sign up to get one that actually uses the site.
