I just bought some to try to cook myself.  A friend prepare some for me that I enjoyed and so I decided to try to follow her recipe.  I hope it works.  more later

I like the super firm kind. Any tofu softer than that grosses me out unless it's in a soup.  I season it up, dress it in some kind of sauce, and have it with veggies. It's really good. Not so good for you though. Most is GMO.

Tofu is not part of my culinary repertoire.  I know that its a good source of vegetarian protein, but its not for me or my family. It doesn't really have a flavor so what's the point?
