I think it is awesome to be that disciplined!  I am too lazy to work out every day!  I probably could if I would not spend so many hours on the computer!   ::)

I walk every day and try to do the elliptical for about 20 minutes most days. I'm not as good at consistently doing the strength training. I don't know why I can't seem to do that every other day.
