haven't done any tasks in a few, came back and can't get access to any, the badge says i have the skill, then when i click on the task, i get a message saying i don't meet the requirements

I saw on Crowdflower that they are working on rolling out the new badges and requirements today, it may just be a temporary issue until that is completed.

Yes, they appear to be rolling out a new badge/requirement system as people seem to be having a lot of issues with the current badges.  I am not a huge fan of badge requirements versus individual skills requirements, but not much I can do about this.
