Sad to see another old-hollywood child star go so soon after Shirley Temple.I enjoyed Mick in those Andy Hardy movies the most.That's where he seemed most in his element.He was a talented man.R.I.P Mickey

I am only in my early 20s i am not familiar with mickey rooney although i have heard his name quite often he must have been a great actor 93 is amazing.

It's being reported that Mickey Rooney died today at the age of 93 years old.

Do you have a favorite Mickey Rooney movie?

My favorite was Black Stallion.   

I can't think of titles of movies Mickey Rooney was in other than Pete's Dragon.  I know I have seen Mickey Rooney in lots of other shows.

He was in so many films.  I think of him mostly when he played (and was) a child.  Boys Town.

I seen that he had passed and it just makes me sad. All the "older" actors are going out. RIP Mickey Rooney.

Some may forget,Mickey did the voice of Santa Claus in several of the old Rankin/Bass Specials of our youth.
