Sorry to hear that. Not all people goes outside. I had a congestion-allergy attack yesterday, and they put on the airconditioner and I didn't hackup-cough as much no cold pills on me.  Sunlight warmth can help with your glow although.

My kid has allergies and gets these rashes all over her body, sneezing, cough, and stuffy nose. I keep her inside when the pollen counts are high, but still it does  not help much.
