Is anyone having trouble with the surveys? I wasn't able to access the site until last night and was unable to do any surveys. Today I'm having the same trouble. When I click on a survey a box pops up that says Oops! Google Chrome can't find the page you're looking for. Anyone know what's going on?

Have you cleared your cache?  Closed all browser windows/tabs and tried again?

I use Chrome and sometimes get that message and I usually just close out of everything and try again and it works. Or wait a bit and come back and try again.

The only problem I have is that I'm not qualifying for any of them!

The site was updated so it was down for awhile but it should be working correctly now. With surveys, you just have to keep trying until you find one that you fit the demographics they're looking for

Are you kidding?!  I just spent a half hour completing a survey to be told I'm not getting credit for it.  I got the dreaded red type window telling me it wasn't available to me or I already took it.  I've never taken that internet provider/shipping service survey before.  If a survey isn't available to me it shouldn't be offered to me.  It was a tedious, long survey and then I didn't get credit?!   

On a lesser note...  When I click on the red X to hide a survey why does it not stay hidden?  When the page refreshes they all come right back.

OMG, it happened again and now all the surveys are gone except for the two I would hide!

it seems ok for me, today I have completed 5 surveys and got credit for them, so just keep trying.

No surveys for 2 days? I wish. I have not qualified for a survey for 2 1/2 weeks. And, I haven't received a paid e-mail in 3 days for no apparent reason.

This has happened to me before also. It's so annoying!! Just yesterday I was finishing up a survey and right after I finished it, it said  I didn't qualify. Wow! -_-
