I put half a cap in all my crystal light drinks.  I think another thing to do as far as curbing cravings is to sometimes indulge a little. Also try finding healthier alternatives you like.

Thank u all for the tips.

I have tried apple cider vinegar but it was awful. I could not continue
With that remedy. How are h taking it?

Cinnamon might help, if ur a tea drinker u could definitely add that in. Also summer is around the corner, best season for watermelon !definitely a sweet but nutritious food. You can also substitute sugar with pitted dates in many dessert recipes.

I am still having sugar cravings, any tips on reducing cravings? ???

I  purchased a Dessert Bullet. It turns any frozen fruit like a soft serve ice cream!
It is totally healthy for you, because your eating all natural fruit, and you feel like your getting
a dessert, so you don't feel deprived of a sugar treat.

I just started having 1-2 cups of green tea every morning, it's suppose to help control blood sugar among many other benefits.
