I saw someone with a shredder lubricant. She explained that the liquid is put on the paper before shredding to make it slide through easier.

I have never heard of a shredder lubricant. Sounds like it would do more damage than necessary.

First time for me to heard about that too. Only lubricant on your skin I heard but not for the shredder....

I have never heard of a "shredder lubricant" but I have heard, seen and used special sheets that you put through the shredder to keep the teeth clean and grime free.

What will they think of next?

Everything you buy has to have something else to go along with it to help it work more efficiently, or not so much.

It would be nice if they could manufacture products that would not have such a short life.
