You get the bonus after you confirm your email and do the telephone verification.

If you didn't receive your sign up bonus follow these instructions.

Go to support, click on live support, and type in "i didn't get my sign-up bonus". Click on the link fill out your information. After that go back to support and type in "i didn't get my sign-up bonus" again. Click on the link agian and complete the page.
