Tasks

Anyone have any idea what purpose most of the tasks serve? It's not like we are actually performing valuable work as they already have the answers. I get that most other activities pay because of the advertising we watch but can't figure out the tasks.

There are a few tasks which are surveys or survey type things that are research project (alot from university students, there is usually an intro on those that tell a bit about the research project).  Those make sense to me, but others I really couldn't guess the purpose.

I try to do the task but many are just to complicated for what they are offering for compensation.

My guess is it is another way of advertising and getting views on the pages.  It's getting traffic to the pages (like online casinos) and I'm sure what they are hoping is someone will decide to subscribe or sign up, etc.  But, that's just my guess.
