I completed a survey, but never received credit for it. I've been trying to submit a support ticket, but it won't let me. ugh!

I've stopped doing surveys along time ago.  I seemed to never qualify and they were just a waste of time.

Based on the consensus I've seen, especially threads from the support area there are a number of people (including myself) experiencing the same thing. I've seen this before, but hopefully as also before there is just a delay. Of course, this does peeve me as I cannot keep track of all of them and this makes things more troublesome to meet my clicks credit minimal.

Same here. Usually it takes up to an hour for my surveys to credit but it has been almost 24 hours and I still have not received credit for my completed survey. Hopefully it will show up soon.

I know it is frustrating when you don't receive credit.
I don't know when you took the survey. But it can take up to 3 days to receive credit for a survey.
The only surveys I even attempt are the F C ones because they credit you even if you don't qualify. They do tend to credit rather quickly.
if you take another survey that you are able to complete to receive credit Leave the green congratulations window open for a good 5-10 minutes after you complete the survey. Hpoefully that will help in the credit process.

You probably will not receive credit.  If you read the fine print it says if they think you rushed through the survey or didn't provide honest answers or consistent answers they don't have to pay you.  Which goes back to spending 45 minutes doing a survey for 75 cents and then getting kicked out saying you don't qualify.  And it took you 45 minutes to realize this?  grrr.

I've had that problem in the past but I don't try to qualify for surveys too much anymore since I hardly ever qualified anyway.  If you haven't gotten credit by now you probably won't and you'll never know exactly why.  Good luck!
