offers not crediting

I did the obopay offer 11 days ago and still have not recieved credit. I still have my confirmation email, and I just recieved the card in the mail today. I am finding it very difficult to get my offers to credit. I am also a member of several other freebie sites. I know all about deleting cookies, disabling firewall, antivirus, etc. This has been the worst site for me on crediting. surely there is something you can do about this.
