I think it should be used for medicinal purposes only. Also, it looks like globs of mold.

Being a libertarian, I too feel that this is good for allowing people their right to happiness... If anything, I think that the Federal government should make it legal to transport so that if / when more states legalize its consumption, then states better suited for growing it can transport it to the states that have legalized its consumption.

I do not agree with legalizing pot any where.  Pot alters the mind.  Making it legal will cause all sorts of problems.

I have never smoked it, but i do understand some one in a lot of pain using it. When mother was dying at home with cancer a friend would bring some out for her too smoke ( he was a cop). It helped ease the pain. She could not swallow meds at theat time and was hooked up to the meds. She did not like them and would take a couple of pufs and calm down. But just to be smoking it because you want to get high, i don't think it really shoud be allowed.

That's the problem.  Everybody thinks they or their family really needs it but others don't.  So how do they decide who needs it.  Honestly (and everyone can have their own opinion) I do not believe pot relieves pain.  I do think it makes people stupid and not care.  There is a guy I use to work with and when he came in after smoking pot he was slow stupid and couldn't figure out how to tie his own shoes.  I do not want idiots like that driving on the road with me.  Pot is also very addictive.
