Forum Scrolling

Whenever I post longer messages, with quotes, etc.... The scroll bar for the text box is messed up...  While I am typing it jars up and down rapidly, and it is cumbersome to read and type at the same time or to post links.  I doubt this can be easily edited, but I think it is defiantly a small bug in the coding for the forums.  Also wondering if any of you get annoyed or have this problem at times.

hmm, i know the problem you're talking about
but i've never experienced it on the forums or
any other parts of FC...

could it possibly be your monitor resolution size
or the size of your window/browser? have you
tried expanding and shrinking it to see if that helps?
i'd play with the display settings in the control
panel on your computer.

hope you get it fixed. that can be so annoying
