i never get a good night's sleep because I wake up to use the bathroom like clockwork. I thought if I took zzzquil it would help me sleep all night but that doesn't work either. I would on average I get 5 hours of sleep a night but never 7 or more. oh well, I used to it now. :rose: :(

I've been going to bed later..sometimes forcing myself to stay awake so that I can go to sleep and sleep through the night.

I slept good last night.  I worked till 10 last night and have to go back in at 8 am this morning.  Although I only slept about 4 1/2 hours I think I will be alright today.  I am off work tomorrow and Monday so will be ok.  Going to get some rest and get ready for Christmas.  Hope everyone has a good day and may God bless each of you and keep you safe.

Whenever I can't sleep I drink some room temperature water and think about something peaceful like good childhood days. Sometimes I list the names of all of my good friends, (some who are no longer living). I always seem to list a little over 30 of the same names. This helps me, I hope it helps you.

Whatever time you go to sleep, try to get at least 7 or 8 hours of sleep.
