Amp survey
« on: November 30, 2013, 08:21:14 am »
I am getting either confused or a little frustrated with the Amp surveys. I did one a couple weeks ago and I completed it and got the Thank You you have completed the survey an how did you enjoy the survey and the whole works, so there is no question on your completion, which some of the surveys leave you wondering when they disqualify you. I also completed one last night with the same thank you how did you enjoy the survey. For some reason they are not giving me credit. I know some take longer than others and I usually overlook them and move on but there is no mistaking that these have been completed and the results have been submitted.
Is anyone else having problems with the Amp surveys? >:(

Yes!  I had the very same problem with them!  I completed THREE of their surveys (when I was using Firefox web browser), got the THANK YOU page and all - NEVER got credited for them!  It got to the point where I would take a screen shot of the "Thank You" pages and save them.  I wrote to them 3 times (even told them I have screen shots of these pages, and never got a reply, either)!  Since then, I decided to try their surveys using Internet Explorer.  I have been successful in getting credited for these surveys using that browser.  Unfortunately, I got screwed out of $3.00 because this survey company (or it's the way I feel, at least) doesn't give a darn whether you complete them or not.  Sorry if that's talking bad about them, but it's not right that many of us put in the effort to complete their surveys and get jipped.

I never used to have a problem getting credited from them. I don't understand what the problem is. I am using chrome, so I'm not sure if it is a browser issue or not, but I think I will discontinue doing any Amp surveys until I get credit for the 2 I have already done. Thanks for letting me know you are having the same issue, sorry you are having problems, but I am glad to know it's not just me.

I used to be able to qualify for these surveys easily, but lately haven't been able to. I thought maybe it was due to fewer surveys being available these days.
