am having problems with videos today.....they arent completing.

I have been trying that same video for the last 2 days and it isn't completing for me either. I also have not had any luck with the 1/2 cent videos over the last few days either.

I've had multiple videos do the same thing. Then my computer freezes and I have to restart my browser.

I am sure they will fix it asap.

I have had a few that didn't work .. but there were lots others that made up for them

I have had some of the videos not working either  but most are I'm okay with that my issue is that some of the FC surveys are not loading up any answers or tips of what to do other than cleaning history cache and cookies?
any help would be helpful thanks again

This is an every day thing for moi, there is always ones that will open a new page that is blank and nothing ever runs on those dead ones.

Hi, guys.   Just downloaded opera cause firefox was becoming too slow.  all the  videos are crediting for me today.  dont know if it was the browser or not.

are you clearing your cookies and restarting your browser?  sometimes you have to disable addons or extensions, too.  then sometimes i just try a different browser.  hope this helps.

There are a few videos that just do not seem to credit for me, I think it is about 3 of them. I stopped trying those 2 days ago.

At times on here and other sites I have had some videos not complete/credit near immediate as usually -- it's best to check every few videos to make sure everything is ok -- they may also very well credit a little later.

I did that saints row video the other day and no credit. I tried again and no credit again. I'm not wasting my time on it any more.

I just keep watching them.  Remember when Radio Loyalty wasn't crediting FC made it good in the end.
