You need to click on the Profile button. Next, click Forum Profile Information that's on the left side of the page underneath Modify Profile. Scroll down and you'll find Signature. Pick whatever color you like, click Replace Sig with FC Signature Banner, and then click Change profile to save. That's pretty much it. Hope I explained it clearly!
