Flash Player 8+ and Javascript

I had someone work on my computer tryting to eliminate a virus and I think they uninstalled and changed a lot of things on my computer.  I am now unable to watch most videos on Fusion Cash including my favorite -- hypermx videos.

It says I need Flash Player 8+ and javascript installed -- how and where do I go to install these prorams??

adobe.com for the flash player and java.com for java.

Both are free.
