I have done a survey and system said that I will be rewarded but nothing happened, why?

Make sure you leave the congratulations page open, or wait and check your account first to make sure the credit is there before you close the page. Sometimes it may take longer to credit. I've gotten credit for surveys the day after I completed them. Just be patient. Sometimes, you've done everything correctly such as leave the congratulations page open and still don't get the credit. Just move on and try another one.

Sometimes it takes several hours, even 24 hours, to get credit. Other times, it can be a problem with the browser that you use. I have had my best success with chrome or firefox. However, sometimes there is also a glitch and for whatever reason, you will not get credit. If you have not received any credit within 7 days, you can open a support ticket and FC will look into it for you.

The secrets to ensuring the most rapid credit for surveys and for qualifying for more of them include clearing your history, cache, and cookies before logging in;  leaving the congratulations page open for at least about three minutes before closing it out, and always ensuring you are answering all survey questions accurately and honestly.  There are quality control questions in the surveys to see if you are contradicting yourself and if you are paying attention to the questions or just clicking through.  With these tips in mind, I have had very little problem with surveys.  Good luck to you and hope this helps.

I completed a survey that said it would credit in a couple weeks. Just wait it out and do more in the meantime

I have noticed on weekends that I dont tend to get credited for the surveys until Monday or Tuesday.

Same Here...  

Completed 2 FC Surveys yesterday, so far No Credit

Unfortunately, the same thing happened last weekend ~ Thankfully rec'd Credit on Monday

I know it can be very frustrating, but sometimes it can take time for the credit to appear.  Just give it a few day (over the weekend) and hopefully it will be a surprise when you sign in on Monday and see it.
