I've heard of it but never tried it. Are you enjoying it? I think I might enjoy it.

I've also heard that it is a good thing to have on your resume.

I've used them on a few occasions. People at my work place chose to volunteer some time and give tips to being better motivational speakers. This helped a little when I started considering more managerial work.

Yeah - I do enjoy it, and it's a great challenge/learning experience - something good to have on your "resume" even if unofficially!
