What is the highest payout that a member has received
after being a member for 5 months and how do they do it?

I do not know how the highest paid 5th month FusionCash member earned their money.  After you find out, I would like to know how they earned the money, also.

Not sure, but I always cash out when I reach the minimum required.  It used to be every few months, but I've been more active lately, so I believe it will be about once per month now.

the highest I've received was just over a hundred dollars.  mind you that's not normal for me but that month I got really lucky with offers, surveys, videos, and daily tasks.
