Once your referrals cash out bonus is approved, you will receive the $5 bonus. So if they cashed out today, they will be paid around 10/20 and you will receive the bonus at that time.

Actually they only issue the bonuses once a month for cashing out, usually between the 16th and the 19th, but I haven't seen it yet for this month.

Mine came today for 5 cashouts.

yea  i wish my referrals would get to that cash out threshold but i can't contact them i don't have permission too and have 28

Ever since the new layout I have not been credited a single referral. Is this a glitch of the new site or was it intentional?

If you know for certain that people signed up with you as a referral, I would check to make sure your referrals are actually verifying their email addresses.

I have not seen this reported anywhere else on the forums so you may just not have obtained any new referrals. Old Buddy can probably let you know if he has gotten any since the site design changed too.
