saw a baseball game with family

sat around and relaxed

I was planning to stay home to enjoy a quiet day, but my daughter called and her dog was in labor and my daughter was scared, so I went and sat at her house well the dog had puppies. It was nice to visit with my daughter and her room mate.

We planned on grilling out and playing...hanging...relaxing.  A huge tree limb went down in our back yard from a willow so the night before we stayed out at the fire pit and burned most of it up.  After staying out to late...we slept in...so our cooking out for lunch turned into cooking out for dinner.  The kids hung outside with buddies for a while but that was short lived and they were all back indoors?  We ended up going for a nice walk in the evening and getting settled in rather early.  Which was a good thing since the kiddie's had school the next day.

this is the second holiday in twenty years where i have it off and everyone else goes home too. there are fireworks here every night except on the one night i planned to see them winn dixie ran out of ribs due to a poor tourist turnout this year but i had fun anyway

Nothing much really except sat at home and relaxed all day while watching tv and that's it

We cooked out, swam and got ready to go back to work.

     Walk and walk...because we did not have bus service!

I was celebrating my grandma's 100th birthday with all my relatives!

Went to the lake and laid in the sun a little, did some fishing and watched the big black lab frolic unto exhaustion in the water... great weekend and accomplished absolutely nothing but that was the goal and I did it well!

I slept during the day because i had to work overnight shift

Bought a load of stuff from sales  and just slept at home that day.
