taking advice

I had a neighbor who was in a lot of pain + had health issues.
Itold him about something that woiuld really help him.
He hesitated buying it.
He since has developed more serious health problems.

Just because you think it is good advice doesn't mean it is. lol.  I have had people tell me what "I" need to do in situations and they thought they were giving me good advice but in my opinion they were not. 

Sometimes I do.  Sometimes I don't.  I have a lot of pain also.  If someone suggested taking something I don't know that I would.  I hesitate to put chemicals into my body.  Including the drugs a doctor prescribes.  You know, the ones with a ton of side effects that usually include death.   

I guess it depends on who I am talking to, how much I trust them, and what they tell me.

At the same time, it can bug me when somebody is having an issue, and I tell them how to solve it, and they won't do what I say, but still complain they have the problem. lol
