So how were you able to post this if you couldn't log in??

What kind of error message are you receiving? Firefox should not prevent you from logging in just as if you were to log in from another web browser.

Are you accessing the form fire fox?

I don't think the problem here is with FF. I've used it regularly and experienced no issues whatsoever.

I use firefox myself and I use FusionCash myself. I would suggest trying a different browser to see if that's going to fix the issue.

Can you access other websites on Firefox?  (Is it only Fusion Cash that is not accessible from your Firefox?). 

What message do you get when you try to access Fusion Cash?

I am able to access FC using IE, Firefox and Google Chrome.   I use Firefox for most of my PTC/GTC sites and have not had problems accessing any of them (including FC) using Firefox.  I don't recall having to reset anything to access sites.

I did have a problem with Firefox when I played Radio Loyalty.  (Trying to type in the captcha resulted in letters being skipped).  I switched to Google Chrome for FC while I working RL.  But I still use Firefox for other activities on FC.

I've been able to figure out problems with my PC simply by putting the topic and/or question in the search box (using Google or Ask etc).

Ahhh...ok!    Hmmm, you have me stumped, because like the other respondents here, I use Firefox as well and have never had any issues. You might submit a support ticket and see if Admin can give you any advice.

I use FF to complete offers and I have to use IE to post in the forum.  Very strange.

having a problem with firefox also its to be very slow. it freezes up off and on.
