I would shrug it off I would be a bit irritated more than likely and feel a bit disappointed but other than t hat nothing because what could I do? I willingly gave him my money and more than likely the guy would probably ask for like $1 - $5 so no huge loss mostly would just say "figures" and be irritated at the fact that's not me winning  the lottery but at the same time shrug it off because i don't buy tickets..
