Oh how I wish this was offered where I live.  I could so use a massage.  I don't have the extra $100 it cost to go to the places where I live.

I always massaging my husband when his back is hurting, i studied it when i was in my country. I was so glad i know how because my husband have a sciatica so it helps him a lot.
