When you go to the thread and hit the forum submission form link it will show you the month and if it is pending or not. FC will also send you an email after you submit the form that tells you that they have received your submission. Then they will send you another email when it is approved and credited.

The information is at the bottom of the page Mojoshog referred you to.  Just scroll down.

It shows the history of your forum bonus submissions -- those that have been paid to date and how many days to go on the one you are waiting for. 

I just received the bonus for my June submission on July 31.
