Congrads! I just hope when I have the opportunity to put my house on the market - It goes quickly. I can't think of that for at least 1 year yet!!

I am very excited for you. I love it when things line up just right. It gives me hope when things work out like that. 3 years ago, when we sold our house, we put it up around Thanksgiving. It was under contract right after the New Year. The only day we didn't have people checking out our house was Christmas. I was surprised that it would get so many interested during the holidays.

thats good news, i have mine in the market for 2 weeks now..  hope i get an buyer and make an offer.
