has anyone having problems withPTC  have earned my .05   will not let me in  or do I have to wait until approved  I have refreshed page where it says refresh if you have earned more than .05

Yes, you'll have to wait for the .05 to "approve" to your account before PTC will work for you.

Usually it will state how long before it approves your earning. 

I do the Radio first and then look for "instant" credit offers.

yep you have to wait until the payment approves as long as it is not a survey or a purchase they typically approve instantly or pretty quickly.  if it is a survey i have had them take a day before they approved in the past. i would suggest doing the videos, tasks or radio loyalty to quickly get the 5cents needed to use the ptc.
