It seems every couple surveys I got to open a support ticket to get paid, I finish the survey and get congratulations you will receive your reward and nothing, don't get paid. It is happening often now. I complete the surveys and nothing. really wish I knew why this was happening, I really liked this site until all this.

I don't think anything is wrong with the site. When I do surveys, sometimes I receive my reward within a few minutes. However I do recall some showing up almost an hour later. Just keep checking your account.

wow i have not ran into this problem but, thinks for letting me know i will keep an eye out for that.  thanks and sorry your having a problem.

Sometimes it takes a few days. I had a few surveys that took 4 days and then I got credit.
