congrats to you for your approval, but in my case where i was so excited because i finished my survey that supposedly worth $2.30, at the very end I got the error noticed.  That is what we call bad day

It really makes my day if I can qualify for a couple of surveys in one day, have no idea why I get such a thrill from that but I guess it is because it is soooo much better than getting DQ'd so much!
