Internship
« on: June 11, 2013, 08:06:01 am »

Got myself into a City Hall internship program.

:) Excited but freaked because I have to get all dressed and fancy now.

XD Which I really don't have.

I must go shopping.

congratulations sounds like fun .if you have to buy clothes i'd try Marshalls, TJ Maxx  and the like.Or thrift stores sometimes those are almost as expensive as new clothes.

Congratulations on the internship gig! I hope that some of that hard earned Fusion cash is spent getting you some fancy threads for the new job! I worked at a bank, payed about a dollar more than minimum wage, and I considered that an internship.  It did lead me into a variety of pretty well paid finance jobs...and probably the job that I have today.  Make sure you make, and keep, lots of contacts so that you can start leveraging yourself into an easy job when you finish college! It is all about grades and the contacts/connections that you make now...they will lead to many open doors when you complete school!
