no credit for Quick Commercial Study

I just took a Quick Commercial Study survey, and after I went through six different commercials that took about 35-40 minutes, the page blanked out and was replaced with the "Sorry but you don't qualify for this survey" page. I understand that sometimes I don't qualify for a survey, but it seems like this should be verified before a person is 90% finished with the survey. It's very frustrating to find out you've wasted all that time and now you're answers won't be recorded and you won't be compensated. Has anyone else completed this survey?    

UPDATE:
It happened again yesterday with Quick TV Ad Survey, got about 90% through then got sent to "do not qualify". I'm beginning to think I may have a virus or some hiddn malware that snuck in on me. I've completed 2 other surveys since the first incompletion, but I've had a couple of glitches on some other programs unrelated to FC. I'm going to have to do a little maintenance to see what the problem is. I will update soon.

I did the same one and didn't have any problems.

I did that one a while back and was credited, but there have been surveys that I've basically completed and then got the "you don't qualify" message or a blank screen.  I've contacted FC Support about those and only got a message that they are sorry and they can't do anything about it because it's the survey's problem, not FC's.  Not that this helps you at all, but you aren't the only one this has happened to.  I wish you luck in other surveys.

I also did this one. I'm sure it didn't take me 30 minutes. I also got credit right away. I actually got credit for a couple FC surveys yesterday!

i haven't had this problem yet... knock on wood, but i do get my credits for those. i make sure to look for them cause they are fast and easy. hope you get your credit.

I think the Quick Commercial Survey is very strict about how much time you spend on it. If you spend too little time or too much time you'll be disqualified,  in my experience. Set a stopwatch and make sure you take around 15 minutes.

Thanks for all the input. I guess I just wanted to vent a little. I never did get credit for that survey, but that's okay, FC is still the best.

Same thing happened to me. I noticed that I watched a few commercials, then my computer starting running really slowly then it said I didn't qualify. I wasn't too happy!
