A couple of basic questions:

What kind of internet service are you using?
Dial up is not fast enough to handle video ads.
If you have broadband/cable you should be okay.

How much ram (working memory) do you have on your machine?  If you have more than 1 Gigabyte you should be okay.  If you have less than 1/2 Gigabyte, you might have problems, particularly if you are trying to multitask.
(Note:  if you are running Radio Loyalty at the same time, you definitely need more than 1 Gig.)

What browser are you using?  Do you another browser you could use?  If you can't see the ad on one browser, it might work on another.  (I use IE, Firefox and Chrome.)

Have you cleared your cookies and temporary files recently?
Try to clear them daily.  And if you are doing regular offers, clear them before you start a new offer.

Do you have any ad blockers in your security program(s) or toolbars?

Sometimes ads just don't work.  Though the 3 that were available today (5/20/13) worked fine for me using Firefox on my 1 Gig desktop

Check the forum in this section for threads on the same topic.  There may be other suggestions that might be useful.

If you have a minimal system, download and install Browser Linux on a USB thumb drive and try it.

I also Am having trouble viewing videos that just not there when you play them, I never had this problem before and I have told FusionCash Staff about this problem, some play but others don't. It is bad enough that I don't get videos often daily anymore and you would think the ones you do get should play to get the cent.  :BangHead:  :bs: :bs:  :sad1:  :dontknow:

Remember that all Fusioncash does is link to the advertisers site. so they have no control over what happens after that.

:-[  I have been watching the videos, but the past few days, have not gotten credit for them.  Is this an ongoing problem, or something I might be doing wrong?  I go to the daily video offer page, click on the video, it opens in a new window, I click on the start arrow, watch it, then close the window.  The daily page then blacks out and comes back.  It used to be if I checked the account, it would be credited a few minutes later, but now it is not.  I use both IE and Chrome, and have no problem seeing/hearing the videos, just with getting credited for watching them.
Thank you for you help!

I too am having trouble with the paid to click videos today, I finally get a few videos but really what good are they in my showcase if they don't play at all! Funny I had no problems watching them yesterday but today no way, I have tried them both on firefox and chrome same deal they don't play. I have the latest version of shock wave flash and my adobe is updated as well.  So that is not the issue at all.  so disappointed today about this.   :BangHead:  :sad1:

Turn on the Radio Loyalty and let it play while you visit the forum, then you can make money doing two things at once. I usually end up making more than I did with videos and I don't lose time while I am doing it.
