I have watched this video several times this week and did not get any credit for it . What's Up! Is this the right board to post or should it have been posted on Payments ?

I watched it several times over the last fews days and always got credit.

I generally watch it using an IE Browser but have also been successful with FireFox. 

Try clearing your cookies and temp files.
 
There have been times when I have a problem with crediting on a video ad, that clearing my cookies/temps has solved the problem.  I usually use CCleaner to clear them, but the Windows utility works too.

I've been credited for it every time I watched it too.  Don't know why they don't work sometimes.

There were other thread on this not crediting also. We came to the conclusion that using IE was the problem. Try Firefox or chrome with this video and you may have more success. I have learned with videos if you are not getting credited in one browser, try another. It usually works.

Today was the first day that I didn't get credit for this ad using IE.  But i tried it again with Firefox and it credited

I have been able to watch it and always got credit.  I did have some trouble with it loading but I just had a black screen, I didn't get credit but didn't watch the video as it didn't load.
