I had a turkey hoagie it is the most amazing delicious thing ever. I seriously can't get enough of them. You get this incredible Italian roll that is shaped like the long french bread only shorter, it is sliced open and you add whatever dressing you like but traditionally we use mayonnaise. If you want to do this right after you dress it you add paper thin cheese of your choice making sure you cover the entire roll. You follow that up with the meat of your desire, turkey is my personal favorite, after which you apply whatever green leafy vegetable you prefer my personal favorite is romaine lettuce then add your tomato slices, onions, pickles and Italian seasonings, salt and pepper to taste with a splash of oil and there you have it. It is a mouth watering feast. I had that and some chips and strawberry-watermelon flavored water for my dinner last night. I had a very happy tummy. :) :) :)

Well, yesterday I actually had a tuna sandwich. I was out all day and had nothing to eat until around 3:30 yesterday afternoon.

I am cooking fish (pan trout) and fries today for dinner.  I have to put it in the sink to thaw out.  I have already cleaned my fish when I cooked fish last week.  I bagged it up and put it in the freezer.  Whether it is called whiting, jack salmon, or pan trout, I had no idea of what it takes to clean them.  When they are killed, they look slick, but they have scales and under that white plate, they have parts that are not edible.  I descale and degut them and give the parts that are not edible to the cat.   :cat: :cat: :cat:

JUMBO SNOW CRABLEGS!!! Didn't even heat them up, couldn't wait, I was starving. Just heated up the Butter, cracked them open and dipped the meat in the HOT butter... they were GOOD just like that!

i have no idea! the comments have inspired me, though.
everything sounds delicious...

i have chicken, ground turkey, and fish in the freezer... and lots
of fresh and frozen veggies. the possibilities are endless, i guess!

i just had oatmeal with ground up banana in it to start the day.
[ we all have a place in history. mine is in the clouds. ]

We don't want my Mom cooking on Mother's Day.  We are going to order dinner from a new local restaurant.  The food is delicious.  Happy Mother's Day!

"WHAT'S FOR DINNER? " I hate that question!! Since I'm the one that has to come up with the answer and after a while I get tired of trying to think about what to cook it's a horrible question. I wish someone would just give me a list of things that they wanted to eat that week. I don't mind cooking. I just mind being the one to come up with the ideas.
