Allegiant Air reviews...

I have just purchased a plane ticket to Vegas for my nephew's graduation next month and Allegiant air seems to be the most cheapest, I was wondering if anyone else have used this airline before or recently. I am looking for some reviews on your overall experience with them(e.g. flight delays, on time, customer service, etc. etc.)
