Iphone 5s still aren't going to be that cheap unless you get one as part of a contract deal. You can try ebay or different sites but they're still around 350-450 on ebay

Sign a two-year contract with a carrier. That seems to be the only way to get one for less. Even used ones on ebay or Craigslist are costly.

iPhone 5 was just released you won't find a cheap one anywhere, not even if it's stolen.
Try T-mobile they'll probably give you a discount with a plan. aside from that good luck my friend.
