Well I was credited immediately that time, so I don't know what happened the first time.

Have you tried joining new things with a fresh email? I have many emails I use and create new ones often so I can continue to get credit for things... Couldn't hurt to try!

I did it and confirmed and wasn't credited. 

Oh no, sorry to hear that. BUT, another member here posted that she did it the first time and didn't get credit... but she did it again with a different email and was credited the second time. Maybe you could sign up again with a different email since it should still be showing on your FC survey list... and hopefully it will give you the $1 this time around.

Well, I just did this one and completed it and did not get credit for it. Maybe it will show up later.
