You have not lived until you have stayed at a Doubletree Hotel and received one of their famous warm chocolate chip cookies at check in. I mean to die for!

I used to work for Hilton.  Hilton owns Doubletree.  Occasionally, we would get Doubletree cookies for free.  Honestly, I hated them.  I thought they were absolutely awful.  No one in my family liked them, either.  But then, I make my own cookies.

You can order those cookies, did you know?  Doubletree has a "cookie line" for people who want to order the cookies.

Choclate Chip Cookies are definately on my yum yum on the tum tum list.  I know that back in my college days we survived some of our late night snack cravings by enlisting the help of the young college co eds to make them for us.

I love chocolate chip cookies. I just ate some earlier today. Chips Ahoy chewy are great! And Benton Chocolate Chip cookies from ALDI's are good too. I'm talking about the brown package that weighs 16 oz. My grandmother also makes great chocolate chip cookies. The only problem is that her cookies harden after being out of the oven for so long. So her sister told her to put the cookies in plastic container with a top and slice a bread in it and microwave them until they soften. The bread hardens up as the cookies take the moisture from the bread and make the cookies soft. I hope that tip works for you guys who make homemade cookies and want to make them soft again.

A chocolate chip cookie is an absolute marvel, especially if it has walnuts or pecans in it. The thought of one coming from the oven dancing into my mouth is more than I can bear. It breaks my heart to think that such a luscious cookie is full of naughty calories. I don't care i must have it! I will have it...and others...again...and again...and again. :angel11:

Would rather eat White Chocolate Chip Macadamia cookies or vanilla sandwhich cookies. Heck, even Oreos. And nothing like Snickerdoodles. :)))

i love oreo cookies better

Both are great but I have found once you eat an Oreo cookie the taste is totally gone, whereas the chocolate chip cookie flavor lingers awhile.  (I wish all the chocolate flavors last as long in the mouth as onions do.)

Famous Amos are the best chocolate chip cookies, but I haven't had them in a while so I don't know if the taste the same cause these companies nowadays are changing their recipes.
