Good question, I mostly buy or download MP3. Occasionally I'll purchase a Cd because the download is so much faster.

I still do occasionally.  I find its often tough to beat AmazonMp3 though.  I buy most of my music from there these days.

Every now and then. if it is a an artist that I really like then I most definitely would buy the CD.

I do.  I like to have the cover art.  Then again when we switched from vinyl I was resistant because I wanted to do album cover art and didn't like the smaller packaging.  ;)

I only buy them because I want a hard case with the CD in it that's about it.

I do. I haven't gotten into the whole itunes/mp3 thing yet. We don't own an ipod. Guess we're behind the times-but hey, we did ditch the cassette players! haha

:( no the music today is not as good as it used to be. not worth spending the extra money, if I want to here a favorite artist I go to library to check it out. I do like Carrie Underwood and Kelly Clarkston, other peoples music has not impressed me that much.

I have some blank CDs left over from what someone else bought for me, and I am willing to buy more if needed. As for music CDs, I've never purchased those.
